Ewa Kodymowska

Ewa Kodymowska-Sioła is a Polish-qualified Attorney-at-Law with nearly 20 years of experience in family law, specialising in children matters and cross-border parental child abduction cases, including Hague Convention proceedings.

She is currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, further strengthening her ability to support international families.

Ewa has extensive experience working with vulnerable clients, including victims of domestic abuse, with a particular focus on supporting male victims. Her work combines legal expertise with a compassionate, child-centred approach, aiming to protect children’s welfare while supporting families through complex and high-conflict situations.

As a Board Member of The Change for Children International, she brings strategic insight and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children across borders.
